GE on 6th May
Parliment dissolved today. Nomination will be on 27th april. GE will be on the 1st saturday of may. Very predictable...having the election just after we recieve the progress package. But just for once, lets listen to the government and believe what they say: the government is NOT giving out money to win/buy votes. So may all of us vote with consience and not be influenced by the $$(which if one thinks about it, it's taxpayers' $$ afterall) .
I also hope that people don't be influenced by whether "carrots" that are being dangled in front of them(translation: HDB upgrading programs and what have you). The one dangling the carrot is also the one holding the stick. So don't only see carrots and forget about sticks(IE: tax increase).
Talking about that, i wonder who will win in Hougang and PotongPasir. This GE got SM Goh helping Eric Low and Seto but will this be enough. come to think of it, make SM come to talk got use or not? I didn't go to any of the "meet the people" sessions so cannot comment about the promises made, but hope that people in Hougang and PotongPasir know that if they vote for Eric Low and Seto, they'll be seeing them(not SM) as their MPs for the next 5yrs or so. If Eric Low and Seto cannot win on their own( and force PAP to send in former PM to help them), it seriously make people wonder exactly how incompetent are they?
Hmm, since it's after exams, maybe I'll have time to find out which GRC SK belongs to. Wonder if we got Opposition contesting or not^^

who cares... SIngapore political scene is PAP sure win.. Some people actually want to vote for opposition just becuz they feel htere is a need for oppositions and they vote them just on that basis.. Vote for the sake of voting.. Although PAP is q screw up and all that (only upgrades its own constituiency, and leave opp GRC to die), but ultimately, if pple have a choice to vote for opp but no upgrades, and vote pap but got upgrades... Who do you think they will choose? Face it.. S'pore politics is very "hei an". The point is, why bother.. 40 years on, PAP has a good track record and i dun see them screwing up S'pore. I rather go for the one with good track record, gives me the upgrades and give me the $$ (ccb.. only $300).. A rose by any other name is still a rose.. Unless, or all SM, MM and PM watever shit moves to opposition and leave PAP nth but an empty nutshell, then i wouldn't vote pap.. the opposition is bad becuz no one gd goes to them, and since no one gd goes to them, they wouldn't be of any good. So voting for them is as good as wanting to die wif them together... Whatever it is, i realise i'm not quite making any sense here wif all the rambling... hell.. i think my fucking comment can write a post liao... Cb.. KNN.. I hope i no need to vote at my area... FUcking waste my saturday to vote for some fuck up politics knowing there is going to be only one clear winner....

I hereby announce and confirm, i will be voting for PAP, becuz w/o opposition, there is no need to vote... So i conclude its the stupid WP, SDP etc that make me going to waste my saturday.. So i HATE THEM. Hence i 'm going to vote PAP...
